Abstract

The introduction of new regulation’s agents and new remuneration forms, the health organizations are experimenting more pressure for increase their efficiency and efficacy. Health organizations should assume new management models for their survival. The main purpose of this paper is to verify how the processes of implementation of strategic planning change that happened in a university hospital organization. This paper presents the experience about implementation strategic planning happened in 2006, to conclude until 2012, in the hospital of Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. It is developed what actions the direction use for divulge the implant of the strategic planning in different organization levels and how the direction is acting to obtain good aim established. This paper intends to stand out the rich operation of planning as a learning process that assists the leader to make decisions. To observe the importance of participation of dominate coalition for establishes strategicplanning. It is a completely efficacy when the organization transforms strategic planning in strategic thinking.
