Um olhar na educação empreendedora: notas preliminares da experiência do colégio estadual secretário de estado Francisco Rosa dos Santos em Aracaju – SE

Ante la emergência de la sociedad actual, que es influenciada por las transformacionaes derivadas de la revolución tecnológica y la globalización, la escuela debe ser un mecanismo de capacitación del alumno para enfrentar los desafios del contexto posindustrial, en busca de la concretización de sus sueños, de sus proyectos en su trayectoria profesional. En este sentido, la escuela asume el papel de emprendedora. El emprendorismo en la educación, sobre todo em la educación básica, viene a suplir una falta en la que esta institución se encontraba ante la realidad del educando, pues permite a sus clientes elaborar objetivos, transformarlos en metas posibles y a implementar planes vinculados a su existencia. Así, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo relatar los resultados preliminares de la experiencia de educación emprendedora en el Colégio Estadual Secretário de Estado Francisco Rosa dos Santos. Para alcanzar el objetivo general de la investigación, fue realizada, inicialmente una revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema. A continuación, fueron aplicados cuestionarios estructurados en algunas divisiones de enseñanza media que estudian la disciplina; los profesores que imparten la disciplina emprendedorismo también respondieron un cuestionario estructurado; fue hecha aun una entrevista semiestructurada con la dirección de la escuela. Los datos recogidos fueron analizados a la luz de la revisión bibliográfica. Es pertinente destacar que el producto de la investigación demostró que la disciplina emprendedorismo en la referida escuela, a pesar de reciente, transmite eficazmente un nuevo lenguaje: La interacción de lo que está fuera de la escuela con la propia escuela, introduciendo en el alumno la importância de ser un ciudadano proactivo en la sociedad, y para tal precisan desarrollar habilidades como: tolerar las diferencias, ser creativo; valorizar la cooperación; diferenciar el sueño posible del inalcanzable y, principalçmente, estar abierto a los cambios.

Face the emergency of current society that is influenced with transformations brought by technological revolution and globalization, the school must have a mechanism of qualification of the student to face the challenges of the post industrial context, searching for the fulfillment of their dreams, of their projects in their professional journey. In this sense the school assumes the role of entrepreneur. The entrepreneurism in education, over all in basic education, comes in to fill out the lack that put school distant from students; it becomes a competitive mechanism for success because it allows its clients to elaborate goals, transform them in reachable goals and to implement plans attached to its existence. Therefore, the present study has the objective to report the preliminary results of the entrepreneur education experience at Colégio Estadual Secretário de Estado Francisco Rosa dos Santos. To achieve the general objective of the research, initially it was done a bibliographical survey of the issue debated. Right after, structured questionnaires were applied in some classes of high school that study the subject; the teachers who teach the subject entrepreneurism also answered another structured questionnaire and a structured semi-interview was done with the director of the school. The data found was analyzed to the light of bibliographical review. It stands out that the product of the research demonstrated that the subject entrepreneurism in the cited school, despite being recent, efficiently transmits a new language: the interaction of what is out of the school with the school itself, introducing into the student the importance of being a pro-active citizen in society and for that, needing to develop skills such as: tolerate the differences; being creative; valuing cooperation; differentiate the possible dream from the unreachable one and specially being open to changes.
