Herramientas apropiadas para el acompañamiento de los emprendedores del CDE de la UPB en cada una de las etapas de desarrollo de la empresa

During 2014, at UPB’s Center for Entrepreneurial Development there was a need to strengthen its processes in order to identify the needs of entrepreneurs for accompaniment and the design of strategies according to individual necessities. The research was accomplished in 4 phases: in the first one, we updated and depurated the database; secondly, in order to strengthen, augment the potential and escalate their initiatives, a fieldwork was done. Thirdly, we designed the tools and mapped the opportunities, and finally, in fourth place, those tools were validated.
