La Corte Suprema de Justicia bajo el gobierno del general Gustavo Rojas Pinilla

El artículo rastrea el rol político de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Colombia en el gobierno del general Gustavo Rojas Pinilla, en particular entre 1953 y 1956. Para esto, aborda las relaciones entre el gobierno del general Rojas y la Corte Suprema durante el período mencionado, y los modos como en distintos momentos el régimen militar trató de afectar la independencia del tribunal.
