Resumen
The evaluation was carried out within the framework of UNESCO's biennial evaluation plan (2000-2001) with the purpose of assessing the quality of the information and documentation services, as well as the publications of the Social and Human Sciences Sector. It was conducted from March to June 2001 by an external evaluator, recognized for his expertise in the fields of social and human sciences and information science. The main findings are summarized as follows
