Textiles que cuentan. Afectividades remendadas: corporalidades replicadas y su manifestación textil a partir del vestido como dispositivo de memoria y sanación.

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza el textil desde el vestido como proyección y expansión del cuerpo. En él habitan afecciones, recuerdos e historias que son narrados a través de procesos textiles, desde su confección hasta sus diversas técnicas y materiales; en esta línea, el hilo es una fibra que configura narrativas y proyecta aspectos mnémicos. La narrativa es trazada desde la narrativa clínica y su relación con los procesos textiles, a través de la cual se construyen puentes de interacción entre ambas áreas. En el texto se exponen analogías afectivas asociadas con los procesos de manufactura de los vestidos y su relación con las técnicas empleadas (se abordan principalmente el bordado español y el deshilado). Los vestidos producidos para este trabajo son historias textiles que narran memorias de la creadora, dibujadas y desdibujadas por medio del hilo y el deshilado. Textile is analized in this paper from the point of view of clothing as a way of projection and expansion of the body. Affections, memories, and stories lie in the clothing, which are narrated through textile processes: From confection to the many materials and tech-niques. In this sense, the yarn is a fiber that configures the narrative and projects mnemic aspects. The narrative is drawn from the clinical narrative and its relationship with textile processes, through which bridges of interaction between both areas are built. In the text, affective analogies associated with the manufacturing processes of the dresses and their relationship with the techniques used are shown (Spanish embroidery and fraying are mainly addressed). The dresses produced for this work are textile stories that narrate memories of their creator, drawn and blurred by means of thread and unraveling.
