Resumen
In Arendt, a political subject is essentially free, unique, singular,
and unpredictable. He is revealed through action and speech in a scheme
of human relationships where observers —not the agent— are the ones who
determine the meaning of the who through the construction of a narrative
identity. However, there is a big problem, because as much as this link is
mentioned in The Human Condition, the relationship between action and the
one who performs it is quite dark. This is a diffi culty caused by her original way
of understanding action and speech. The purpose of this essay is to analyze
how the subject is revealed in political action from Arendt’s perspective, with
its respective scope and limitations.
Description
Para Arendt, el sujeto político es esencialmente libre, único,
singular e impredecible. Éste se revela a través de la acción y del discurso
en un entramado de relaciones humanas, donde los espectadores, a través
de la construcción de una identidad narrativa, son quienes determinan
el signifi cado del quién, y no el agente. Sin embargo, la difi cultad es
enorme, pues por más que se repite este vínculo en La condición humana,
la relación entre la acción y quién la lleva a cabo es bastante oscura.
Tal difi cultad se deriva de su original manera de entender la acción y el
discurso. El propósito del artículo es analizar cómo se revela el sujeto
en la acción política desde la perspectiva de Arendt con sus respectivos
alcances y limitaciones.
