Ítem Modelo para gestionar la sustentabilidad de las organizaciones a través de la rentabilidad, adaptabilidad e imagen(Universidad Icesi, 2012-10-01) Peretti, María Florencia; Blázquez, MiguelThe present article presents a tool called an image hexagon which, together with the previously developed usefulness/performance hexagon, is intended to provide support for the management of sustainability, in order to achieve a dynamic equilibrium between both aspects: performance and image. The method employed comprises a theoretical synthesis of the research, consisting of a literature review and a subsequent proposal on the concepts and implications of image and performance as determining factors of organizational sustainability. As a result, logical and conceptual image hexagon bases were constructed, which are complemented with the previously developed usefulness/performance hexagon, to put organizational sustainability into operation in an integrated manner.
