Algunos estudios empíricos(Universidad Icesi, 2009-07-01T21:09:56Z) Crespo Razeg, FarideEste artículo presenta una revisión bibliográfica de los principales estudios que se han realizado sobre las élites en la ciudad de Cali. El texto sintetiza los supuestos y conclusiones de cinco perspectivas empíricas sobre el tema, ejercicio que permite conocer cómo las élites han sido estudiadas de acuerdo a sus valores, a sus métodos para mantener la hegemonía en el ámbito político y económico y a su influencia en el desarrollo de la región. The central objective of this article is to discuss the transformations that have occurred in the establishment of civil society organizations taking into consideration the socioeconomic and political events that took place from 1930 to the end of the twentieth century in this country which have not only changed the political agendas of Latin American countries, but also transformed their functional perspective. These events have plunged the population into institutional disillusionment, raising a reflection as to whether there is legitimate exercise of civil vindication in Colombia. Algunas ideas de la teoría de sistemas propuesta por Ludwing Von Bertalanffy, de la misma forma que algunos ejemplos traídos desde las historias del arte de Rene Huyghé y Ernst Gombrich, pretenden funcionar como soportes explicativos de la relación principal de este escrito.
