The development of this business model starts is a call to improve the efforts to face a problem that affects the whole world, which has global policies and strategies to solve it, but nevertheless, the results are still incipient in terms of reduction, reuse, recycling and Soil regeneration: Single-use plastics. Numerous bibliographic sources explain the lack of success of global strategies in the need to know the local context, each city is a different university because the value chain of single-use plastic recycling may not exist or may be precariously developed. . For this reason, Cloop is created as a business model that, based on separation at the source, seeks to increase the rates of use of single-use plastics, increase the income of recyclers in the city of Cali and contribute to the objectives in terms of responsibility extended to the producer of the REP groups that operate in the city.
