In summary, the findings of this study contribute a replicable model, as well as tools (e.g., evaluation rubrics and teaching guides) that can be adopted and adapted by other communities, and demonstrate how social agro - innovation, co - designed with communities, can turn structural limitations into opportunities. By shaping an entrepreneurial ethos, this in turn brings a radical change to a traditional way of life, helping to develop the rural economy and ensure long-term sustainability.
