Ítem Asociación significativa entre los modos de conversión de conocimiento y los modelos de decisión en las mipymes de cali-colombia(Universidad Icesi, 2011-07-30T18:29:44Z) González González, PatriciaThe article seeks to determine the ciations between the generation of knowledge regarding tacit-explicit knowledge conversion and rational, political, and anarchic process-based decision-making models. To this end, a survey was conducted among 270 managers of micro, small, or mediumsized enterprises (MSMEs) registered with the Cali Chamber of Commerce. The methodology involved using a chi-square test to establish association levels based on an analysis of dichotomous contingency tables. The results obtained made it possible to sociations between the conversion of knowledge and decision-making models in the companies under review.
