    The legal, economic and social triangulation of the environmental crime against the legal strategy, the jurimetría and the strategic litigation from environmental law, focused interest approach proposals debate planted on these issues in Colombia. It is prevailing to pave the balance between the parties, given that assists them due process, due diligence and collective rights. The research method is based on the non-experimental design, which are considered to be related, in turn experiences, the methodology is based on the economic analysis of law, from which the decisions of those involved are analyzed. The focus of the article is based on the neo-institutional analysis, from which combine individual, collective and social pretensions.
