The inquiry shows the findings of some research works on this subject at Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de los Andes, and, Icesi University in Cali, which are pioneers in these kinds of studies aiming at learning more about how Colombian managers think and act. In this opportunity, the question regarding this topic was addressed by the business management group at the CES University and the business sustainability group at Universidad del Rosario, who use the knowledge, obtained through conferences in entrepreneurial courses, to contribute to raising interest in defining the concept of strategy from the perspective of Colombian managers.Ítem Triangulación jurídica, económica y social del delito ambiental frente a la estrategia legal, la jurimetría y el litigio estratégico desde el derecho ambiental en Colombia(Universidad Icesi, 2017-07-01) Gutiérrez Ossa, Jahir Alexander; Mira Olano, Luz ElenaThe legal, economic and social triangulation of the environmental crime against the legal strategy, the jurimetría and the strategic litigation from environmental law, focused interest approach proposals debate planted on these issues in Colombia. It is prevailing to pave the balance between the parties, given that assists them due process, due diligence and collective rights. The research method is based on the non-experimental design, which are considered to be related, in turn experiences, the methodology is based on the economic analysis of law, from which the decisions of those involved are analyzed. The focus of the article is based on the neo-institutional analysis, from which combine individual, collective and social pretensions.
