Justifying that all these benefits are part of the exercise of caring for those close to us at a sentimental level and at the level of their own image, we refer to the data published in the magazine portafolio in its edition of April 9, 2023, on the level of happiness of Colombians that reaches 80%, where they attribute importance to issues such as the relationship with their partner, the relationship with their family, feeling appreciated, maintaining a good physical appearance and feeling loved (Portafolio, 2023).
