Ítem Taller: el impulso empresarial(Universidad Icesi, 2011-04-01) Alexandrovich Vaisman, ZeldeEste artículo presenta una metodología de enseñanza/aprendizaje, que el Centro de Desarrollo del Espíritu Empresarial de la Universidad Icesi ha venido implementando en sus programas de formación de líderes empresariales, que contribuye al desarrollo de competencias empresarial. Enfocándose en dos competencias fundamentales: Toma de decisiones y Orientación a la acción. El taller se basa en el desarrollo de un reto que refleja los desafíos que enfrentan los Empresarios en un contexto cambiante. Luego del desarrollo de este Taller, se espera que con la ayuda de la reflexión guiada, los participantes tengan la oportunidad de autoevaluarse en estas competencias y definir un mini plan de acción sobre las decisiones tomadas para su vida empresarial.Ítem Desarrollando competencias empresariales a través del uso de buenas prácticas docentes(Universidad Icesi. CDEE, 2015-03-18) Alzate Alvarado, Ana LucíaThis paper presents the initial results of the research that the authors are conducting at the Universidad Icesi to collect and analyze some of the teaching practices that have been used in the different courses offered by the Center for Entrepreneurship Development. The main goal of the research is to identify pedagogical strategies which have proved their efficiency in developing entrepreneurial competences. The research follows the Miguel Zabalsa Beraza´s Model. We have identified and analyzed the pedagogical practices used in the course Entrepreneurship Seminar I, which is designed to work the following entrepreneurial competences: flexibility, decision making, goal orientation, self-confidence, perceptual amplitude, and empathy. These practices have been in use for almost seven years. They are based on active learning environments and have been tested with different groups and adjusted, along the years , according to the environment, the participants ,the evaluations done by the students and the professors, and the final impacts they have had.
