    For us, Colombia is a place that in front of the world is a happy country, that in spite of all its difficulties we fulfill a series of positive factors that make the vision of the territory much better. For this reason, an important component that we give to the special moments with our loved ones can be one of the reasons why we live and share these bakery products, which gladden the heart and are also totally healthy because of their low sugar content. Justifying that all these benefits are part of the exercise of caring for those close to us at a sentimental level and at the level of their own image, we refer to the data published in the magazine portafolio in its edition of April 9, 2023, on the level of happiness of Colombians that reaches 80%, where they attribute importance to issues such as the relationship with their partner, the relationship with their family, feeling appreciated, maintaining a good physical appearance and feeling loved (Portafolio, 2023).

    Mi proyecto de grado es específicamente sobre la gestión y administración de propiedades horizontales en Colombia , regidas bajo la legislación que regula la propiedad horizontal (Ley 675 de 2001) . Generando esto todo un contexto social, cultural y emocional que se vive alrededor de este tema, claramente siendo una medida para muchas personas que adoptan este modo de convivencia en unidades residenciales; este proyecto desencadenara un interés principalmente de los administradores, pero teniendo como socios claves o aliados a los residentes/propietarios y diferentes conjuntos residenciales. Con la finalidad siempre de una mejora continúa buscando una comodidad, calidad de vida e inversión. El campo disciplinar de la problemática es el sector de la vivienda. En este sector interactúan diferentes Stakeholder e innumerables procesos. La propiedad horizontal es uno de los sectores asociados a la vivienda que mayor crecimiento tiene año tras año y que impulsa uno de los principales sectores del desarrollo económico del país LA CONSTRUCCION.
