Ítem Noa : sistema interactivo para la preparación y acompañamiento en procesos de vacunación infantil(Universidad Icesi, 2019-01-01) Moreno Ocoró, Valentina; Montaña Buitrago, Estefanía; Jimenez Garcia, Juan Carlos; Asesor TesisPurpose - This design project, and the study that resulted of it, seeks to explore how previous preparation strategies, such as: facilitating access to vaccination information, increasing familiarization with the vaccination tools and procedure, and undergoing drill vaccination experiences; can serve as a means to help children around the age of five, and their parents, to be better cognitively and emotionally equipped to undergo the children’s future vaccination procedures. The main objective is to reduce the feelings of fear and anxiety experienced during children's vaccination and by doing so reducing the chances of developing current or future complications such as: bad vaccination procedures, needle phobia, aversion feelings to needle-based procedures, and the reduction of properly immunized population. Design/methodology/approach - This project is of a qualitative, descriptive and interpretive nature. The data collected and the conclusions reached through the various method tools used, are both descriptive, and they seek to provide an in depth understanding of the subjective variables present around the experiences of children's vaccination. The applied methodology for the development of this project was based on the Double Diamond design process proposed by the Design Council. In which the design process is broken into fours pages: Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver. As a result, currently there exists different proposals for the specification of requirements for self-adaptive systems. Despite the momentum that this area has received in recent years, in the works reported in the literature we have identified shortcomings. We propose a new framework to represent the requirements of self-adaptive systems. This framework seeks to manage uncertainty and to be sufficiently expressive for self-adaptive systems, including the representation of all the relevant concepts. The concepts, represented in different views to be used in a 5-stage process. Among the new concepts that are related to these technologies is the IoT-Internet of Things and with him, the University of Things as an alternative for scenarios within higher education that enable interaction between people and common objects. According with this concept –and based on Conceptual Framework of learning Internet of things, criteria– e-campus activities in several scenarios was designed and conducted, in order to assessment applicability and pertinence of Near Field Communication technologies. En algunos casos se han identificado como causa raíz de estas fallas el desconocimiento y la no consideración de las dimensiones humanas y organizacionales de un cambio técnico de gran escala. En este artículo se utilice el Análisis y Diseño Macroergonómico (MEAD, su sigla en Inglés) como un marco de referencia para reconocer de manera implícita estos factores y considerarlos desde las fases de diseño de un nuevo sistema de trabajo.
