Ítem La organización empresarial como sistema adaptativo complejo(Universidad Icesi, 2013-04-01) Bohorquez Arévalo, Luz EsperanzaThe purpose of this document is to identify complexity adaptative systems (CAS) characteristics, as well as determining the implications of applying this to the study of organizations. A review was made of the results of investigations published in journals on the introduction of scientific complexity into the administration, as well as the results of research groups and institutes working on this topic. Based on comparative studies of the proposals observed, it is suggested that CASs may be understood from the emergence, self-organization, and evolution of a company. Understanding the organization from this outlook leads to lines of research on leadership, strategy, making decision-making, construction of joint actions, all in complex systems.Ítem La fusión musical como herramienta de preservación y evolución(Universidad Icesi, 2024-12-18) Acevedo Cuaran, Jaime; Rodríguez Erazo, Andrés Eduardo; Maya Segovia, Manuel FelipeThe next project presents how it is possible to use fusion music for knowledge preservation and music evolution, the document is presented from two different angles, the first one is to show the importance and some possible social and musical uses to fusion music, in this section some phrases from different authors that reinforce the presented ideas and the main argument are exposed. The second angle is focused on the making of a phonogram that combines huayno and caporal with rock and metal, here are presented the music instruments that will be used along with a description of each one; the genres to work are exposed, presenting their history, musical characteristics, exponents, etc; some music elements in common that allow fusioning the genres in a better way are enlisted, some of them are the key, the lyrics, the playing techniques, etc. Other projects that have worked on this subject are presented, as investigatives, as musicals. Finally, there is a deep look at each process of the phonogram's creation, going through the conceptualization, composition, production and post production.
