The aim is to develop a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that optimizes supply chain management, enabling the purchasing leader to implement strategic sourcing processes based on data and artificial intelligence. This approach responds to a strategic understanding of the challenges in purchasing manage ment in the fashion industry, marking a crucial step in the digital evolution of entrepreneurs in the sector (McKinsey & Company, 2021; Deloitte, 2020; Boston Consulting Group, 2019).
