However, these learning processes with subsequent innovation should be supported from the beginning and throughout the process by the top management. This management is what allows developing an absorptive capacity where the company achieves to assimilate new information from external knowledge sources to be applied to commercial purposes obtaining competitive advantages. For this end it has different strategies to improve organizational skills, strengthening technological distinctive competencies, ie, technology plays a key role in the learning processes and therefore innovation, mediated by collaboration agreements that allows organizations to obtain an optimum performance in the learning processes. Today´s world firms by being in a global environment must recognize the importance of knowledge as a resource that allows developing competitiveness, since through organizational learning performance is obtained with efficient and innovative results.Ítem La transferencia de conocimiento interorganizacional para fomentar la innovación(Universidad Icesi, 2013-05-27) Martínez Charria, Mónica Marieth; Fajardo Ortíz, Mercedes; AsesoraThis investigation work was made in order to create a theoretical framework which aims to establish the key factors that are considered to the organizational learning and the transmission of the same to companies whom change due globalization, they are constantly forced to acquire new skills in order to continue innovation, this way new markets and the needs of consumers are explored. To make this theoretical framework, various articles and researches were sought providing us the information needed to create consistent definitions to the final goal and giving clarity to analyze how each concept brings significant theoretical explanation and lead us an understanding of transfer interorganizational knowledge to foster innovation.
