For this, a three-step process was developed, consisting of: the development of a scale with validity of content; the application of a pre-quantitative test to the scale constructed and, finally, the data collection with the improved scale, and the analysis of the psychometric properties of this scale. The assessment of the psychometric properties included a confirmatory factor analysis of the structural equation modeling that represents the measurement scale. The six resulting explanatory dimensions are: affective-behavioral loyalty, cognitive loyalty, brand associations, perceived quality, brand recognition and brand recall.Ítem Difusión de las memorias de sostenibilidad en Latinoamérica: análisis territorial y sectorial(Universidad Icesi, Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales, 2015-04-01) Marimon, Frederic; Alonso Almeida, María del Mar; Llach, JosepThis article has three objectives. Regressions of the data from the Global Reporting Initiative available in Latin American countries were performed using the logistic curve as pattern. Further indicators of concentration and instability of the time series are used. It is concluded that the Global Reporting Initiative standard has been moderately adopted by companies in Latin America. Moreover, significant differences are observed in the development of the social responsibility of organizations across countries.
