Resumen

El presente ensayo es un análisis completo de plan estratégico para la empresa Tentación, un emprendimiento propio que opera hace año y medio a través de su marca TRUFAS, teniendo en cuenta la gran aceptación de nuestros productos por parte del publico objetivo, se identifico una excelente oportunidad de negocio que traerá beneficios para sus accionistas y la sociedad en general.

Abstract

This essay is a complete analysis of the strategic plan for the company Tentación, an own enterprise that has been operating for a year and a half through its brand TRUFAS, taking into account the great acceptance of our products by the target public, an excellent Business opportunity that will bring benefits for its shareholders and society in general. For the process of strategic planning, the different models of strategic planning were investigated, corporate aspects such as mission and vision were shaped, a financial analysis of the business model was made and the planning of objectives and strategies was achieved to fulfill the proposed vision for Temptation
