Critical and descriptive analysis of public primary english teachers’ needs in Santiago de Cali

Teaching English in the public sector in Colombia is an important but challenging task, as there is a significant lack of qualified teachers to meet the growing demand for English language education. With the globalization of the economy and the increasing importance of English in the job market, there is a strong need for students in Colombia to develop their English language skills.
