El diseño de un sitio web de banca en línea, a partir de la optimización de tiempos de navegación de sus usuarios

This article discusses an application of the well-known Stepping Stone method, to determine the optimal navigation time for an online banking application user. The method allows to obtain the navigation route in which most of the informative fields in the page are visited, with minimum effort and minimum spent time. This navigation route is then used as a baseline for the web site design.
