Resumen
The present research took the information
of 17 family business to plan
a methodology that explore the value
of family relationship between owner
family business, with the objective
of diagnostic witch variables are the
ones that affects the relationship between
members of the family group
in business environment and work
on them to beneÞ t the system familybusiness.
The model works with two
groups of variables. One group is the
alpha variables (α), this are related
with the business and can affect the
family relationship. Other group are
the beta variables (β), they represent
the relation between a member and
other or others and can affect the
family relationship.
Description
La presente investigación tomó como base la información de 17 empresas familiares, con el fin de plantear un modelo que valora la relación intrafamiliar en familias propietarias de empresas, con el propósito de diagnosticar cuáles son las variables que más afectan las relaciones entre los miembros que componen el grupo familiar en entornos empresariales y, de acuerdo con ello, intervenir sobre esas variables para beneficiar el sistema familia-empresa. El modelo distingue dos grupos de variables. Un grupo que corresponde a las
variables alfa (á), aquellas relacionadas con la empresa que son más propensas a afectar la relación intrafamiliar. Otro grupo que corresponde a las variables beta (â), aquellas que guardan relación de un miembro frente a otro u otros, y son propensas a afectar la relación intrafamiliar.
