Resumen
This thesis makes a diagnosis of four associated cooperatives that provide human resources to a multinational company in the industrial sector, food sub-sector, analyzing the human source as a key in the strategic management in such kind of organizations. With the results obtained the Balanced Scorecard is adapted as a management tool to improve their competitiveness.

RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo de grado se realiza un diagnóstico de cuatro cooperativas de trabajo asociado que proveen recurso humano a una multinacional del sector industrial, subsector alimentos, analizando la gestión del recurso humano como pilar clave para el direccionamiento estratégico en este tipo de organizaciones. Con los resultados obtenidos se adapta el Balanced Scorecard como herramienta de gestión para mejorar su
competitividad.
