Balanced Scorecard como herramienta para el direccionamiento estratëgico de cooperativas de trabajo asociado

This thesis makes a diagnosis of four associated cooperatives that provide human resources to a multinational company in the industrial sector, food sub-sector, analyzing the human source as a key in the strategic management in such kind of organizations. With the results obtained the Balanced Scorecard is adapted as a management tool to improve their competitiveness.
