Desarrollo de infraestructura en la Amazonía colombiana, corredor vial San Francisco - Mocoa

El corredor vial San Francisco - Mocoa hace parte del desarrollo de infraestructura vial de Colombia. De igual forma integra la iniciativa promovida por la iniciativa para la integración de la infraestructura vial suramericana (IIRSA), la cual busca conectar nuestro país con Ecuador, Perú y Brasil. Es por esto que una necesidad de comunicación departamental con el resto del país, se ha convertido en un mega proyecto que involucra no solo los intereses de sectores exportadores sino de la población civil que se encuentra inmersa en este lugar. Cabe destacar que a lo largo de este documento se trata de abarcar cada uno de los aspectos claves en la implementación de una política pública en un caso real; identificando claramente el rol que juega cada uno de los agentes como lo es el estado, el sector privado, las organizaciones civiles y la comunidad, en la planeación, seguimiento y ejecución de la política que se materializa finalmente en los resultados del proyecto.

The road San Francisco – Mocoa is part of the Colombian road infrastructure development. Also it integrates the initiative promoted by the Initiative for the Integration of Road Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA in Spanish), which seeks to connect our country with Ecuador, Perú and Brazil. That is why the communication of some departments with the rest of the country, has become a mega project that involves not only the interests of the export sector but also the civil population that are immersed in this place. Throughout this document attempts to cover each key aspect in the implementation of the public policy in a real case, identifying the role played by each of the actors like the Government, Private Sector, Civil Organizations and the Community in Planning, Monitoring and Implementation of the policy that finally materializes on the results of the project.
