Abstract

When trying to calculate the business-value of an information technology (IT) investment in small businesses, it is hard to imagine how to apply frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or IT Value Network (Read, 2009), in order to get that value. The following article shows the arising problems when the IT Value Network framework is being applied to a small business in order to determine the IT business-value of a specific IT project: sarLAB.

Al intentar calcular el valor de negocio que tienen las inversiones en TI en pymes, es difícil imaginar la aplicación de un marco de referencia como TOGAF, Zachman o Red de Valor de TI (Read, 2009), entre otros, para poder conocer tal valor. El siguiente artículo muestra los problemas que emergen cuando se intenta utilizar el marco de referencia Red de Valor de TI en una Pyme para poder determinar el valor de negocio que tiene una inversión en TI: El proyecto sarLAB.
