La transferencia de conocimiento en la relación universidad-empresa

Today, intagibles assets and knowledge have acquired a great importance in the development of organizations or companies. The inter-organizational learning is a form of creating knowledge. Because of this, the present article has the objective of showing how companies in order to augment their competitiveness due to the entry of new competitors to their markets, must generate a culture of cooperation that allows for the transference of knowledge through different áreas. In this context, the economic problems such as the high costs of merging créate an incentive for firms to use joint ventures, and this is the origin of the relationship between firms and universities.
