Resumen
The project was developed to establish and understand the impact that has the ability to the absorb knowledge and the knowledge transfer in organizational learning for the advancement of economic and operational activities of the organizations, who due to the change and evolution in a world as globalization, are forced to gain new knowledge in order to extend their market innovation and satisfying the needs of consumers. To meet the objectives of this project, different articles and publications were sought to focused on the development of the beneficial impact of University-Organization relationship and the feedback process at issue in this relationship, which provided the necessary information to be part of the searched of the basis of study of this project and its theoretical framework.
