This work seeks to establish the theorical framework of the research about evolution of reward systems, incentives and compensation in human talent management and the importance to retain executives and major workers’ organizations, according to its leading exponents. Also represents an introduction of students to the world of research, which requires discipline, dedication and perseverance, featured in this paper a summary of the methodology used in the research and sources and databases to which you can go. There are many moments where the horizon is far and apparently lost meaning of work but as research progresses we discover new resources that enrich and returns to the normal course. Then presents the main authors who have researched the issue raised, what are the central ideas that develop these authors, the similarities and differences between compensation, incentives and reward, how important are for organizations and finally present their own conclusions on the subject.
