Valoración económica de la eficiencia energética del sistema de aire acondicionado de la Universidad Icesi

This thesis makes an assessment of the energy efficiency of the air conditioning system Icesi University, in order to generate knowledge through the exchange of information between academia and the experience of authors. The actual trends are: increasing energy prices, global warming and government energy initiatives, which conduct all users to be more sustainable. The project evaluated an automated alternative to optimize the air conditioning system, reducing the consumption of the use of energy resources. The assessment of the project is carried out with reference to the education sector and is organized in 6 stages: a) Environmental Parameters and Project , b ) Sequences : Depreciation and Loan , c ) Flow of Funds , d ) Rate of Opportunity, e) Closure f ) Evaluation. The analysis was conducted by situations, scenarios and break-even point.
