Plan estratégico para la IPS Clínica Salud Florida S.A

This research project was based and built in the wake of strategic planning, from an internal perspective of the venture Bodegas Ilusion, in the city of Santiago de Cali, counting with intrinsic factors that allow taking it as tools to formulate a mission and a vision to the enterprise as a starting point. Then it carried out the design of a function manual and the respective collection of the required information for the organization, to develop the central framework of the research project as a tool to standardize internal operations, and for having an efficient distribution of the functions and eliminating tasks that does not create value for the organization. As a support the manual work, it was decided to implement a final format to identify internal customers and recognize bottlenecks that are in the daily work in the organization.
