El proyecto de investigación que se presenta a continuación trata sobre los cambios en la reglamentación de la política aduanera y sus efectos en el comercio exterior en Colombia entre los siglos XX y XXI , específicamente sobre el cambio de normatividad que se experimentará con la implementación del Nuevo Estatuto Aduanero que reemplazará al Decreto 2685 de 1999.
