Abstract
The purpose of this document, it is to show the relevance to use a system that allows the company Amaretto Dulce Cuisine to have control over the costs of production, in order to become competitive and profitable. Through the adequate use of materials and its wastes, the company could make optimal use of its resources.

Con este documento se mostrará la importancia de implementar un sistema que le permita a la empresa Amaretto Dulce Cuisine tener control de los costos de producción, para poder ser competitiva y rentable. Mediante el adecuado manejo de la materia prima y sus desperdicios, la empresa podrá hacer uso óptimo de sus recursos.
