Abstract
The following work serves as guidance and orientation for investigative projects
related to the principal reasons that motivate people to join NGO. Based on administrative
theories related to the management and recruitment of personal of this type of organization,
that at the same time where used through this research to determine the mechanisms of
catchment of volunteers inside of an NGO. In this scenario, the factors that encourage the
transition engine of the common citizen to be an active volunteer is found.

El siguiente trabajo sirve como guía y orientación para proyectos investigativos relacionados con las principales razones que motivan a las personas a vincularse a las ONG. Con base en las teorías administrativas relacionadas al manejo y al reclutamiento de personal de este tipo de organización, las cuales a su vez, se utilizaron a lo largo de esta investigación para determinar los mecanismos de captación de voluntarios al interior de una ONG. En este escenario, se encontraron los factores motor que incentivan la transición del ciudadano común a ser un voluntario activo, siendo este el propósito central de esta investigación.
