Fortalecimiento del nodo pesquero y acuícola del distrito de Buenaventura como estrategia de gobernanza y gobernabilidad en el subsector pesquero y acuícola

This work seeks to strengthen the organic structure of the Buenaventura district’s fishing and aquaculture node for the governance of the fishing and aquaculture subsector. Thus, it describes the following aspects: the social impact of the fishing subsector, its institutional characteristics, its principal exes; its organic structure; and its strategies for the strength and development of the fishing industry in the region. Finally, it concludes with some action lines that seek to reactivate, promote, strengthen, improve and develop of the fishing and aquaculture subsector in the framework of the social, cultural, economic, and politics development that provides a better live condition for the fishers of the Pacific Region.
