SZ GastroConsulting S.A.S. es una empresa colombiana que prestará servicios de consultoría al sector de restaurantes. El core del negocio estará orientado a incrementar la rotación de clientes y la facturación de los restaurantes. De forma complementaria, se adoptarán prácticas tecnológicas, aprovechando el entorno actual donde los comensales inician su experiencia de consumo antes de ir al restaurante, y la finalizan días después de vivirla. La compañía será dirigida por los socios y consultores principales, quienes por su experiencia profesional contribuyen en aspectos como inteligencia de negocios, análisis de riesgo, análisis empresarial, medios alternativos de pago y en materia comercial. Adicionalmente, contará con la asesoría externa de abogados, empresarios de restaurantes, desarrolladores y psicólogos.
SZ GastroConsulting S.A.S. is a Colombian company that will provide consulting services to the restaurant industry. The business’ core will be oriented to increasing customer turnover and restaurants’ revenues. As a complement, technological practices will be adopted to take advantage of the current trends in which guests initiate their consumption experience before going to the restaurant, and finalize it days after living it. The company will be managed by its shareholders and main consultants, who, thanks to their professional trajectory, contribute in aspects such as business intelligence, risk analysis, alternative payment methods, and commercial skills. Moreover, it will count with external consultants such as lawyers, restaurant entrepreneurs, developers and psychologists. It will include in its portfolio technological tools oriented to restaurant chains located in areas with high affluence of high-income, technological individuals. In this service, three essential elements for restaurant chains will conjugate: customer knowledge and profile identification, inclusion of technology in onsite consumption experience, and a wise way of communicating with customers through offers and invitations.
