Plan estratégico Ladrillera Meléndez medición del clima organizacional [recurso electrónico]

La Ladrillera Meléndez pertenece al Grupo Empresarial Meléndez S.A, cuya misión es proveer soluciones en arcilla para el sector de la construcción; los principales productos de esta compañía son estructurales, losas o entrepisos, fachadas y divisorios, cubiertas o techos, pisos y decorativos. Teniendo en cuenta la importancia del recurso humano como factor clave para el éxito organizacional, para el 2015 esta compañía decidió realizar la medición del clima laboral encomendado esta tarea a las autoras del presente proyecto. Para lograrlo, se desarrolló durante el segundo semestre del 2014 y primer semestre del 2015, la actividad investigativa, aplicación de la encuesta y entrega de resultados a la empresa.

The Ladrillera Meléndez belongs to the Managerial Group Meléndez S.A, whose mission is to provide solutions in clay for the sector of the construction; the principal products of this company are structural, slabs or between floors, fronts and copyholders, covers or ceilings, floorsand decorative. Having in it counts the importance of the human resource as key factor for the success organizational, for 2015 this company decided to realize the measurement of the labor entrusted climate this task to the authoresses of the present project. To achieve it, there developed during the second semester of 2014 and the first semester of 2015, the activity investigative, application of the survey and delivery of results to the company.
