Dinamismo y análisis del entorno competitivo en el sector textil para una mediana empresa : el caso de ozono store

Abstract

This project is a descriptive case study, which aims to analize the existing relation between the entrepreneurial context of Santiago de Cali's textile sector and a medium enterprise from the same city. To achieve this goal the company Ozono Store was chosen, a female clothing shop that has been operating within the fashion sector for more than 18 years. By carrying out this project the concept of entrepreneurial context and its relation to the textile sector were analized. The history of the mentioned enterprise was reconstructed and registrated as well, and an analysis of its effectiveness was made aiming to identify its opportunities, threats, strenghts and weaknesses. It was observed how the enterprises have contributed to the growth of this sector within the city, and it was concluded that there are great development opportunities for this sector in both the Valle del Cauca and Colombia.
