It is impossible not to recognize that the way of doing business is suffering a very
meaningful and important change, increasingly are less barriers to world trade; thus opens
abruptly possible markets for enterprises, this implies the participation in foreign markets.
At first sight it is a good thing for the market, however, to dominate this level of trade is
necessary to be well prepared and have a proper management of the company, kno
w their
limits and learn to identify potential opportunities. In order to achieve this goal we have
identified two major theoretical currents which dictate the ideal functioning of
organizations to achieve this end, which will lead to a sustainable busines
s growth.
