Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado, es una investigación acerca de los conocimientos y aportes más valorados por los empleadores de los practicantes de la universidad Icesi de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Mercadeo internacional y Publicidad y Economía y Negocios Internacionales. Esta investigación se realiza con el ánimo de confirmar que los egresados de los programas mencionados anteriormente cuenten con los conocimientos, habilidades, actitudes y valores que requieren las organizaciones considerando el mundo tan complejo y cambiante en el que vivimos actualmente. The present work of degree, is an investigation about the knowledge and contributions most valued by the employers of the trainee of Icesi University of the careers of Business Administration, International Marketing and Advertising and Economy and International Business. This research is carried out with the aim of confirming that the graduates of the programs mentioned above have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that the organizations require considering the complex and changing world in which we live today.
