Este documento es un Plan de Empresa desarrollado para analizar la viabilidad de la puesta en marcha de un negocio dedicado a la prestación de servicios exequiales para mascotas, más concretamente los servicios de cremación para la ciudad de Cali. En él se puede encontrar un análisis del mercado de las mascotas en Colombia y en Cali y las tendencias que soportan la oportunidad del desarrollo del negocio. Posteriormente se documenta el análisis técnico del proyecto, así como, el análisis administrativo, legal y social y por último se encontrará el análisis económico y financiero que permite concluir la viabilidad del proyecto.

This document is an Enterprise Plan developed to analyze the viability of the startup of a business dedicated to the provision of funeral services for pets, more specifically cremation services for the city of Cali. In it you can find an analysis of the market of pets in Colombia and in Cali and trends that support the opportunity of business development. Subsequently, the technical analysis of the project is documented, as well as administrative, legal and social analysis, and finally the economic and financial analysis that allows to conclude the viability of the project.
