Análisis comercial del tratado de libre comercio de Colombia y la Unión Europea

La presente investigación se basa primordialmente en el análisis comercial del acuerdo de libre comercio entre Colombia y la Unión Europea, que tiene por objetivo proporcionar información acerca de las clausulas especificas en materia de comercio de bienes, servicios y flujos de capital. La investigación se distribuye en tres objetivos que facilitan el análisis del contexto, en la primera parte se resaltan las características generales que se trataron dentro de toda la negociación que consto de 10 rondas de negociación donde se establecen los parámetros que rigen el acuerdo tratando temas procesos comerciales aranceles, desarrollo sostenible, mercados vulnerables, transparencia, etc. Igualmente se establecieron como tratar las controversias que se presenten si hay alguna discordancia entre las partes. En la segunda parte se analiza gráficamente los datos del comportamiento del intercambio comercial de las partes involucradas. Por último se identifica los productos y sectores potenciales para los procesos de importación y exportación entre Colombia y la Comunidad Europea con énfasis en el Valle del Cauca.

This research is based primarily on the commercial analysis of the free trade agreement between Colombia and the European Union, which aims to provide information about the terms specific on trade in goods, services and capital flows. The research is divided into three objectives that facilitate the analysis of the context, in the first part highlighted the General characteristics discussed within all the negotiation that I had 10 rounds of negotiation which sets the parameters that govern the agreement issues business processes tariffs, sustainable development, vulnerable markets, transparency, etc. Also settled how to treat disputes that arise if there is any disagreement between the parties. In the second part is analyzes graphically the data of the behavior of the exchange commercial of the parts involved. Finally identifies the products and potential sectors for the importation and exportation process between Colombia and the European Union, emphasizing in Valle del Cauca.
