Creación de un método de integración de grupos de interés al gobierno de las empresas

Abstract

The stakeholders theory ideally proposes their effective participation in corporate governance. Althoughthere is an academic and business consensus to integrate them into management, the doctrine andthe entrepreneurial praxis do not present adequate technical instruments for its concretion. This factwas verified by bibliographical review and field research in 20 multinational companies. The objec-tive was to create a method based on dialogical ethics, aimed at facilitating the gradual integration ofnon-shareholding stakeholders into decision-making processes as an expression of their participationin corporate governance. To this end, we worked on the results of this research and on the structuredexperience provided by specialized bibliography.
