Resumen

The aim of the current research study is to investigate how the three dimensions of foreign language anxiety; test anxiety, communication apprehension and fear of negative evaluation affect the oral production of a group of students who are studying English as a foreign language. On the other hand the methodology used to gather the information consisted of assessing the speaking performance the students have in two oral presentations, one in an anxiety-free environment and the other in front of the class. The sample of this research study comprises three students between A1 and B2 level, according to the CEFR who are studying at Icesi University (2 females and one male).
