Plan estratégico de la unidad corporativa de gestión humana del Grupo Empresarial Cooperativo Coomeva GECC

En este trabajo se analiza la importancia de tener un Plan Estratégico para la Administración de los recursos humanos en la empresa Cooperativa Medica del Valle y de Profesionales de Colombia - Coomeva. El objetivo principal es presentar una propuesta de actualización del Plan Estratégico para la vigencia 2017 – 2020, relacionado el diseño organizativo, la estrategia organizacional y el entorno con los recursos humanos para que la empresa tenga un buen funcionamiento y consiga grandes resultados. Para hacer este proceso, contamos con la información del Plan Estratégico PES Coomeva 2016-2020, se ha realizado el análisis del modelo de negocio, a través de diferentes enfoques empezando por el análisis del entorno utilizando las cinco fuerzas de Porter (2008) y el análisis del entorno político, económico, social, tecnológico y el medio ambiente.

This paper analyzes the importance of having a Strategic Plan for the Administration of human resources in the company Cooperativa Medica del Valle and of Professionals of Colombia - Coomeva. The main objective is to present a proposal to update the Strategic Plan for 2017 - 2020, related to the organizational design, the organizational strategy and the environment with the human resources so that the company has a good performance and achieve great results. To do this process, we have the information of the Strategic Plan PES Coomeva 2016-2020, the analysis of the business model has been carried out, through different approaches starting from the analysis of the environment using the five forces of Porter (2008) and the analysis of the political, economic, social, technological and environmental environment.
