Prácticas de desarrollo rural sostenible en una organización del sector solidario en el departamento del Quindío

El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar los niveles de desarrollo rural sostenible en una organización del sector solidario del departamento del Quindío. Se ejecutó una investigación de tipo casos, con el propósito de identificar y analizar si las actividades realizadas al interior de la empresa están encaminadas al desarrollo rural sostenible de la región. Los resultados arrojaron que la empresa se encuentra en etapa de mejoramiento, esto significa que han incorporado en su gestión algunas prácticas de desarrollo sostenible, sin embargo, se encuentran en etapa de implementación.

The objective of the current document is to analyze the rural sustainable development levels in a organization of the solidary sector of the Quindío department. An investigation of cases was carried out with the purpose of identify and analyze if the activities realized in the company are aimed at the rural sustainable development of the region. The results threw that the company is in stage of improvement, it means that they already have incorporated in his management some practices of sustainable development, nevertheless they are in phase of implementation
