The following document is the compendium of the project “The PBL mediated by TIC’s in order to facilitate the learning of protein synthesis, in eighth grade students from the Multiproposito School”. A descriptive, qualitative, non-experimental method was used, and it was the right one for the project, since it involves the real world and determines the data according to what was observed. By using an active methodology like the PBL mediated by TIC’s, it was possible to discover that the student could improve in the learning of this topic. Target population was formed by a group of eight students from the eighth grade from the IETI Multiproposito School. Previously, they were advised about the use of the Stencyl Platform, a TIC instrument, used in the making of a video game. The data collecting tools used in the project were the program Mirrillis Action (video and audio capture), cellphone videos and Excel rubrics and charts. This is an innovative proposal which promoted collaborative work and problem solving, in order to develop a classroom project that helped the students in the learning of protein synthesis, in a significant way.
